I was able to find the DDR ISOs for USA and JP pretty easily.
Please remove this post if it goes against this reddit's rules I will be trying to back up everything digitally onto a hard drive as opposed to physical media discs, but with these scratches I won't be sure if it will be a clean rip. I don't think it's technically illegal for me to be asking for these since I own them, but my launch day PS2's laser has finally crapped out on me and gradually scratched up some of my Bemani discs over the years.
